Flirtly is an 18+ AI companion service. You describe a companion in your own words and Flirtly mints a synthetic character — face, voice and personality — that stays herself over time. Chat is free and unmetered. Photos and short scene clips are generated on request and paid for with credits, at prices shown before you spend.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old. Use by anyone under 18 is prohibited. Age is self-attested at entry, and additional verification is required before any explicit content in jurisdictions that mandate it — see Age Verification. Attempts to bypass the age gate violate these Terms and may result in immediate termination.
Accounts use email and password only; you may sign up with an alias or a disposable address. You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done through your account. Do not share an account in a way that lets an unverified person past the age gate.
Every character is a fictional, synthetic adult created by machine learning. No character depicts a real person, and any resemblance to a real person — living or dead — is not intended and not possible by design. No user photos are accepted, ever; there is no upload surface in the product. See the Synthetic Content Statement.
Outputs are generated by AI models. They can be unexpected, inconsistent or simply wrong. They are entertainment — not advice, not fact, and not a substitute for real people.
Chat is free on every tier, including the free one. Generating new media requires a paid plan and is metered in credits on top; the price of an action is shown before you take it, and failed generations are refunded automatically. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel in one click, and refunds apply within the windows shown at purchase.
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular: any depiction of a minor in a sexual context — real or synthetic — is prohibited, and apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC with associated records preserved. Any attempt to depict a real person without consent is also prohibited.
You may use content you generate on Flirtly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly republish generated media, and you may not use the service to produce content that impersonates or depicts real people.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Minor-safety violations result in immediate termination. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that generations will match any particular expectation, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising out of use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations like these; where they do not, the limitations do not apply to you.
We may change these Terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Governing jurisdiction — to be confirmed before launch, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts — except where the consumer law of your place of residence says otherwise.
