No. Every character is a synthetic adult, generated from your description. Nothing on Flirtly is filmed, and nothing is ever presented as a live camera or a real person. There are no photo uploads anywhere in the product — describing is the only input.
Chat is included on every paid plan. Credits buy the things that cost us real money: a voice note is 1, a photo is 2, and video with her voice is 10 a second. On the free plan a message is 0.5. Every button shows its price before you tap, and your balance is always visible.
You are refunded automatically, with a plain-language reason. A failed or refused generation is free — always.
No. Your character is pinned to the model she was minted on. If we ever migrate her, you see a preview first and approve it. There are no silent personality swaps.
Web-only — nothing in any app store history. Billing appears under a neutral descriptor. You can export or delete your data at any time.
One click, in account settings. No retention flow, no guilt. There is a 7-day refund window on every charge, and unused purchased credits refund pro rata.
Adults, 18 and over. Age is self-attested everywhere, with hard verification in the jurisdictions that mandate it. All characters are written and generated as adults.
Enter your email and we send you a six-digit code. Typing it in signs you in, and creates your account if this is your first visit. Codes expire after ten minutes. There is no password to set or forget. You can change your email at any time from Settings.
Settings has an Export button. It downloads a JSON file with your account, characters, conversations, messages, memories and credit history, with your media referenced by link.
Settings, then Delete account. We email you a confirmation link so that a stolen session cannot delete your account on its own. Once confirmed, your companions, chats, memories, media and credits are erased and cannot be restored.
Raw chat turns are kept for one year and then deleted automatically. Your companion still remembers you afterwards, because long-term memory is stored as distilled facts rather than as transcripts. You can see and edit those memories in the app.
At rest, chat and media are encrypted with per-user keys, so a stolen database alone does not yield readable content. This is not end-to-end encryption: the application has to read content to moderate it and to generate replies. We would rather say that plainly than overclaim.
Use the report form. Reports about minors or non-consensual imagery are treated as the highest priority.
