Topping up
When top-ups open, packs will be available on any plan at 5 Sparks a dollar. Bigger packs are not cheaper — they exist so you pay fewer transaction fees, not so the rate moves. Sparks you buy do not expire; Sparks included with a plan reset each month.

Companion includes 1,500 monthly messages and 100 monthly Sparks. Extra packs will cost 5 Sparks per dollar ($0.20 each). Paid plans and top-ups are not available yet. Start with the free wallet; no card is required.
If a photo or clip fails — or is refused — you are refunded automatically, with the reason in plain words. It never costs you anything, and the refund shows as a line in your spend history, not a quiet adjustment.
When paid plans open, cancelling will be one click in account settings — no retention flow, no guilt — with a 7-day refund window on every charge and unused purchased Sparks refunded pro rata. It is written down here so you can hold us to it.
Web-only — nothing in any app store history. When payments open, billing will use a neutral descriptor. You can export or delete your data at any time.
