A dollar buys 5 credits, and credits buy the things that cost us real money: photos, video and voice. Chat is included on every paid plan. A plan is the cheaper way to hold credits; topping up is there for the month you want one more clip than your plan carried. Everything below is the full list, because you should be able to read it before you pay.

Core — 100 credits
about 50 photos, or 2 scenes of 5 seconds with her voice, or 100 voice notes.
Plus — 200 credits
about 100 photos, or 4 scenes of 5 seconds with her voice, or 200 voice notes.
VIP — 750 credits
about 375 photos, or 15 scenes of 5 seconds with her voice, or 750 voice notes.
Mix them however you like — the balance is one wallet, and every debit is itemised in your ledger.
Topping up
Top up on any plan, including the free one, at 5 credits a dollar. Bigger packs are not cheaper — they exist so you pay fewer transaction fees, not so the rate moves. Credits you buy do not expire; credits included with a plan reset each month.

Questions about the bill.
Topping up is 5 credits to the dollar — $0.20 each — on any plan, including the free one, with no surge rate when an allowance runs out. A plan holds them under that rate: about $0.15 on Core and Plus, and as low as $0.11 if you pay yearly. Nothing ever costs more than the top-up rate.
You are refunded automatically, with a plain-language reason. A failed or refused generation is free — always. Refunds land as a line in your ledger, not as a quiet adjustment.
One click, in account settings. No retention flow, no guilt. There is a 7-day refund window on every charge, and unused purchased credits refund pro rata.
Web-only — nothing in any app store history. Billing appears under a neutral descriptor. You can export or delete your data at any time.
