The fastest route is the report form. It accepts anonymous minor-safety reports, records your reference number, and is read by a human — it is not a black box. You can also email report@flirtly.co.
Response times by category:
| Category | Commitment |
|---|---|
| Minor safety | Content down on receipt, account suspended; review same day; reported to NCMEC where required |
| Intimate imagery of a real person (NCII) | Content down on receipt; decision within 24 hours (target) and 48 hours (statutory) |
| Copyright | Content down on a compliant notice; decision within 72 hours |
| Other violations | Decision within 5 business days |
When we restrict content or accounts, we provide a statement of reasons for the restriction. Users in the European Union receive this as required by the Digital Services Act, and may ask for clarification of any restriction.
One appeal per decision, submitted through the same channel within 30 days, decided within 10 business days with a written reason. Minor-safety removals are not appealable to reinstatement of the content; the account suspension may be appealed.
Users in the European Union may also refer disputes to certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies, and to the courts of the Member State of their habitual residence, as provided in the Digital Services Act. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
If a response is late, missing or unsatisfactory, say so in a reply quoting your reference number — escalation is reviewed separately from the original ticket. Authorities should use abuse@flirtly.co and will receive acknowledgement of every notice.
