Urgent reports

Reports concerning a minor, or intimate imagery shared without consent, are treated as the highest priority: the content comes down on receipt and a human decides within the statutory clock. Use the report form or email report@flirtly.co. You do not need an account, and you do not need to be the person depicted.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover a deleted account, its companions or its media — deletion is final by design. We cannot restore chat turns older than the one-year retention window. And we cannot tell you anything about another person's account.

For formal complaints, appeal rights and the full contact points, see Complaints & Contact.
